Choosing a rug for your home is a big decision, and sometimes a rug just doesn't feel right once it's on your floor. At ALLRUGO, you have 14 days to return or exchange it, with simple steps and a real person to help you.

How to return or exchange a rug

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us your order number and tell us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. WhatsApp: +92 305 1888845 · Email: [email protected]

Get your return instructions. We'll reply with the address of our Lahore warehouse and how to pack the rug.

Send the rug back. Roll it (don't fold it), pack it well and send it with a courier that gives you a tracking number. In Lahore, you're also welcome to drop it off at our shop.

We check the rug. Once it arrives, our family checks that it's unused and in the same condition you received it.

Refund or exchange. We send your refund within 5-7 business days, or dispatch your new rug.

If your rug arrives damaged, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
What can be returned
We accept
- Rugs returned within 14 days of delivery
- Rugs that are unused and clean
- Rugs in the same condition you received them
We can't accept
- Rugs that have been used, washed or altered
- Rugs with new stains, damage or pet marks
- Returns requested after 14 days
Your refund
- When: within 5-7 business days after we receive and check the rug.
- How: to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- What's refunded: the full price of the rug. Express delivery charges and return shipping are not refunded, unless the return is because of our mistake.
Orders from outside Pakistan
International orders can also be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the rug back. Return shipping, and any customs charges, are paid by the customer.
