Our return policy is designed to be clear and easy to understand. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Rugs must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Step-by-Step Return Process:
To initiate a return, simply contact us by email (info@allrugo.pk) or WhatsApp (+92 305 1888845) us. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a return instructions for returning the rug(s). Once we receive the returned rug(s), we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Return Shipping Information:
If the rug(s) being returned are due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your carpet(s).
Refund or Exchange Information:
Once we receive the returned qaleen(s), we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped out promptly at no additional cost to the customer.
