1. How do I purchase a rug from ALLRUGO?

On ALLRUGO.PK Website:

  • Browse our website to find the perfect rug.
  • Click "ADD TO CART" for the rug you like.
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and choose a payment method.
  • Complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation email.

Over Phone:

  • Call us at +92 305 1888845, place your order, and receive an invoice.

Via WhatsApp:

  • Send your rug's SKU#, your name, delivery address, and contact number to +92 305 1888845.

Via Email:

  • Email us your rug's SKU#, your name, delivery address, and contact number to info@allrugo.pk

2. Is the rug I like available in stock?
Most rugs on our website are consistently available since we regularly update our inventory to remove out-of-stock items. However, if certain rugs sell out faster than we can update our online inventory, we'll notify you of their availability and suggest similar options.


Payments

3. What are my payment options?
We primarily accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Additionally, we offer cash on delivery (COD) for orders up to 25,000 PKR, as well as payments through Easypaisa and JazzCash.

4. Can I pay through PayPal?
Yes, contact us, and we'll send you a PayPal invoice for online payment.

5. Are your rugs better than those in local stores?
ALLRUGO rugs meet global standards, exported to over 50 countries, with thousands of satisfied customers.

6. How accurate are the rug colors in photos?
We use high-resolution photos, but colors may vary based on your monitor. Check images on different monitors before purchase.

7. Do you offer home trials?
Home trials are available in Lahore. Contact us for details.

8. Can you hold a rug for me?
We can hold a rug for 2 days. For longer holds, a 10% initial amount is required.

9. What is your Refund/Return policy?
Contact us within 14 days for a refund. Return shipping charges is your responsibility.

10. When should I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned rug.

11. Is there any return fee?
You are liable to pay return shipping to our warehouse in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. How are rugs shipped?
We typically dispatch rugs using TCS and Leopards courier or our local network (for Lahore and Islamabad), with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 business days. For international orders, we opt for DHL, UPS and FedEx Express Delivery, ensuring your rug reaches your doorstep within 5-7 business days, no matter where you are in the world.

13. Who pays shipping?
Rest assured, we don't burden our customers with any additional delivery fees. The price you see for the rug is the only cost you'll incur. For deliveries within Pakistan, ALLRUGO covers the shipping charges completely, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
However, for orders shipped outside of Pakistan, shipping fees to your destination will apply. Feel free to get in touch with us for specific international shipping charges.

14. How long does delivery take?
We strive to provide a prompt delivery experience for your rug(s). Upon receiving your payment notification, we dispatch your rug(s) with Express Delivery on the very next business day. If you're located in major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, or Peshawar, your rug(s) should arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 4 days. For nationwide delivery to other locations, the usual timeframe is between 5 and 7 days.

15. Can I track my shipment online?
Certainly! You can easily track your shipment online using the provided tracking number on the courier company's website. This allows you to stay updated on the delivery status of your order in real-time.

18. What's the best way to care for my rug?
We advise following the care instructions provided with your rug. Generally, regular vacuuming and avoiding direct sunlight exposure are beneficial practices.
