Order processing

We dispatch your rug on the next business day after your order is confirmed. Before it leaves our Lahore warehouse, every rug is checked by our family and packed with care so it reaches you clean and in perfect condition.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, not including public holidays.

Delivery within Pakistan

Where we deliver: every city and town in Pakistan that our couriers reach.

Our couriers: TCS and Leopards across Pakistan, and our own delivery team in Lahore.

Tracking your order

1. Order confirmed: you receive an order confirmation by email.
2. Dispatched: we send you a tracking number, usually the next business day.
3. On the way: follow your rug on the courier's website with your tracking number.
4. Delivered: your rug arrives at your door, ready to roll out.

Receiving your rug

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your rug arrives (orders up to Rs. 25,000). See all our payment methods.
• Damaged parcel: message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
• Changing your address: possible until your rug is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 305 1888845 with your order number and the new address.

Possible delays

During public holidays, Eid, bad weather, or for deliveries to remote areas, your rug may take a little longer to arrive. If anything delays your order, we'll let you know.

International shipping

We ship worldwide and have sent rugs to customers in more than 70 countries. International shipping is charged separately, based on your country and the rug's size and weight.

1. Ask for a quote: send us your country and the rug's product number. You'll find the number at the end of the rug's title, after "No.".
2. Get your quote: we reply with the shipping charges and delivery time.
3. Pay your invoice: by international bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal, Wise or Revolut.
4. We ship: with DHL, UPS or FedEx Express, with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Customs and import tax: some countries charge import duty or tax when the rug arrives. These charges are set by your country and are paid by the buyer.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a rug within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping to our Lahore warehouse, and the delivery of an exchanged rug, are paid by the customer. Read our full returns policy.
